Product Registration & Extended Warranty

By registering your product, you can enjoy confirmation of ownership, a more streamlined product support as well as updates about offers, promotions and events. Furthermore, all Teka appliances are extended to a 5 year warranty. 

If a product is not registered within 90 days of purchase, the manufacturer’s warranty will be three years from the date of purchase.

Please note: If your product was purchased before June 1, 2018, the warranty is as per the period specified in the user manual included with your product.

Before you get started, make sure you have your product model & serial numbers handy. These can be found on the rating label* of your product.

 
After submitting the form, please email a copy of your receipt to support@residentiagroup.com.au to finalise the registration.

Please note, you must register your product within 90 days of purchase to qualify for extended warranty. If you are having trouble finding the rating label, please call our support team on 1300 11 4357.
